My experience working with Larry and Lee on my Escape Titanium purchase at Crossroads was a smooth painless experience. I had to come back a couple days later since I didn't have time during my initial visit to make the purchase. When I came back a few days later, I let Larry know what I expected in the way of financing and trade in. He went to his manager only once to get it done. The whole thing was painless and I feel I got what I wanted. I had to bring my 2 kids (9 and 10) with me after school the day I bought the car. They were entertained by the large indoor showroom, kid room, free wi-fi connection on the laptop we brought, and the variety of snacks provided by the sales staff while we waited for the trade-in evaluation and necessary paperwork. Lee was helpful on answering questions about the extended warrantees. Larry walked us through all the features of the Escape before we drove away. More

Was at first not happy with the service dept when I brought my Ford F250 in to get worked on. However, Robert the service manager, followed up with a call and made everything right.
