Purchased a new F150 at Crossroads I recently moved to NC from Oklahoma and was in the market for a new Ford F150. Patrick at Crossroads was the first to respond and was completely attentive to my requests and was prompt to answer any questions. After our back and forth communication I finally made it out to the dealership and we were able to agree on a price on the new truck my trade in and I was out with my new truck in under 2 hours. AJ was great to deal with in the finance department. They have been quick to any additional questions and I have had great customer service on a couple of return visits. More

Showroom is quite impressive and they have a good selection of vehicles in there. Anyway, we drove the Mustang I saw on the internet and it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Steve and his co-workers took care of all the paperwork, including paying off my trade in and DMV "stuff". Very convenient for me, thanks so much. She was great at following up and sending me information on various vehicles until she found one that had all the features that I was looking for. This was definitely not my first car purchase but, I must admit, it really was the easiet and best experience! Lisa Esposito was wonderful to deal with! He made me feel like he was simply there to assist and answer questions and guide me through finding the car that I had in mind and in my price range. I know a salesman's ultimate goal is to sell a car but believe me at other dealerships they just will not leave you alone to think and process. Joshua has the gift of a great attitude and patience! AJ was also wonderful to deal with. He found me a loan that I could handle and the warranty's that I felt like I needed and much to my surprise I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership! This was the best car buying experience I have ever completed. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and responsive to my needs. All employees went above and beyond to make this deal happen. Even down to completing the final paperwork when the employee, that unfortunately I cannot remember his name, told me how to split my payments to bi-monthly and save payments on the end. I all my years dealing with my previous Ford dealer, I have never had such great service. I will drive the 1.5 hours again to purchase from the great staff at Crossroads Ford. More
