When I called Crossroads Ford Dave Ivey took my call. He set me up with an appointment and secured me a loner vehicle while my car was worked on. They had my car fixed within 24hrs. They also fixed other issues with my car plus an oil change. I will continue to use Crossroad Ford for any future issues with my car. buying a new fusion I went to Crossroad Ford on September the 1st to look at a new 2017 blue ford fusion. I saw another one that was white which had 9K off and had more s I went to Crossroad Ford on September the 1st to look at a new 2017 blue ford fusion. I saw another one that was white which had 9K off and had more stuff on it than the blue one that only had 5400 off. They both ended up about the same price so I decided to get the white one. It was a good decision on my part for this had leather seats and had the sports package on it with better tires and the rear spoiler. They dealership work long and hard on this deal to get me in the car at a far better interest rate plus the rebates and all that came with the car. This was the day that we were having the real bad storms and they stuck it out with me so that I was able to drive the car home that afternoon. I believe they went way overboard in seeing that I was happy with the car. I was even able to go back the next day and they finished detailing the car for me and filling the tank with gas. Thanks to Anthony who is a awesome salesperson who took over from the first one that had to leave due to storm also to Mr Hall who worked extra hard to get this deal even though he was worried about his girlfriend who lived in Angier and there were tornadoes spotted in her area but he hung in there with me. More

Recall issues Have called them for two different vehicles and two different recalls. They say no parts available. So I called Crossroads in Cary. They have the recall parts and are happy to fit my vehicles in. I had spoken to Ellios for one recall he set an appointment to get the recall addressed. I called him the afternoon before I had to get the vehicle in and then advises me that they don't have the part. Would have been nice if he let me know that before I had to call!!!! Then dealt with Brad about another recall for another vehicle he said no parts are available till November 2017 for this recall. I said that Ford sent recall out in October of 2016 he said no remedy yet? xxx??? So I called Crossroads in Cary they said that they have the part for the recall and we can bring in next week!!! We don't even like dealing with the sales department at the Fuquay store. We just ended up purchasing a vehicle from John Heister Chev across the street. They are awesome!!! More
