They "make it happen" I had been considering a vehicle that I saw online at another Crossroads location. When I saw that the vehicle had been relocated to the Fuquay-Varina I had been considering a vehicle that I saw online at another Crossroads location. When I saw that the vehicle had been relocated to the Fuquay-Varina location, I called and spoke with Larry and told him about my journey as it related to the vehicle. Based on my conversation with him, I decided to drive almost 2 hours that same day to take one more look at the vehicle. My salesman, DON BROWN, was wonderful! He made me and my family comfortable, answered all my questions and even threw in some humor that made us all laugh. Once the deal was done (Frank was the Finance Manager), I walked out with my Ford Edge one happy customer. Since then, I have told EVERYONE about my experience and how this was by far the BEST dealership in the Crossroads family. Very disappointing Ford F-150 has 40,000 on it. Took it in for service as recommended. Have a 6 year service plan breaks included. Complained that truck was beginning to Ford F-150 has 40,000 on it. Informed by the service department is was due to warp rotors however my pads were fine. They charged me to resurface them, no pad exchange never informed my wife this was not a safety concern until after work was complete $130. Ridiculous and frankly hard to understand. Definitely feel taken advantage of. Would not recommend service at this dealership. More

I called the dealership prior to actually even visiting and from the first moment I talked to Shellie Evelyn, she made my experience important. She worked her butt off for me and was super sweet. She, Patrick Partin, and Greg Stancil were awesome and helped me to get the exact car I wanted, even though I had lacked having credit. I've only had the car for a day but I do love it. I can't see the future but I think they sold me a great car at a great price and made me feel like I was important. I would highly recommend these three to anyone looking for a great place to purchase your next car. Oh, and the young lady at the front desk even let me use her phone charger because my phone was about to die while I was on the phone with the insurance company. More
