The Crossroads Ford dealership in Henderson NC is nicely setup. The showroom is nice. The staff is friendly courteous and immediately greets you you the moment you enter the dealership. They make you feel like every customer is important to them. When I stopped by to look for a vehicle Patricia came over to me and asked if I was looking for anything specific. I told her I needed an SUV. She immediately started showing me different ones. I found one that I liked but it did not have the features I wanted. She took me inside the building and immediately stated checking around at other dealerships and fundo me exactly what I wanted. That effort to get me exactly what I wanted made me feel like my business was very much appreciated. Hopefully this dealership will be around for a long time and continue to hire staff with the quality of the people they now have. More

Bobby and Bruno worked very hard trying to find the exact truck I was looking for. I didn't want to have to order and wait for the truck to be built.
