We have purchased 2 vehicles (Bronco and Mustang) from Crossroads Ford of Henderson. The staff and salesperson Bobby have been very friendly and responsive. We had the dealer drive the Mustang to High P Crossroads Ford of Henderson. The staff and salesperson Bobby have been very friendly and responsive. We had the dealer drive the Mustang to High Point and exchange for the trade in. This was excellent service! The only issue we currently have is we are still waiting more than 2 months for the title to the Bronco. This is the reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star rating. I would recommend this dealership. More

I had to brink my F150 in for a Recall item. They were able to make an appointment for a time and day that worked well. They had no issues to the computer update. Said the battery needed to be replaced. I purchased the exact replacement at AutoZone. I guess 9 years is quite good for a battery ;). Anyway, they did well this time. More
