The service I received was great, but since there are no appointments for this service, and it's first come first serve basis, I had to wait outside for an hour in line in the cold. Quick Lane should put numbers outside so people can pull a number and wait in their car until the shop opens. This would keep down confusion as to who was first and protect customers from the outside elements. More
