The Service guys are nice, and the techs do pretty good work... But they seem to have raised their prices. And I mean RAISED THE PRICES! Oh My Gosh! Oil change _used_ to be a little more than other places work... But they seem to have raised their prices. And I mean RAISED THE PRICES! Oh My Gosh! Oil change _used_ to be a little more than other places but if I needed one when I was getting other things done, I'd have them do it for convenience. Today? $124?!!??? For a Sante Fe???? I'd already authorized it, not realizing they'd doubled the (expletives) prices. Had them check some other stuff, and they came back with a quote of over $4400! I paid $3000 for this car... They had great pictures of the joints, and I don't think they're being crooks about the work needing to be done. I just think they're taking a job worth $250-$300, and multiplying by, say, 3 or 4! Unfortunately, I _have_ to get the new key FOB there ($500 :( ) but I'm going elsewhere for the joint work. More

Blamed us, in dispute over a month, F-150 truck sat, unsafe to drive. Finally they accepted responsibility and eventually fixed it (no charge), but won't refund the $512 we paid for their bad original job. Crossroads Hyundai Loveland is not accredited by Better Business Bureau, which has given them rating of "F". More
Liars. Worse than liars, they are nasty. And when my car was in for 5K service they failed to do the simple task of making sure the oil cap was on tight. Worse than liars, they are nasty. When I brought it to them after a small accident they literally asked me "Why are you bringing it here?". When I said I figured it would be safe there, they told me they don't guarantee safety. From their crap financing and receiving commissions for, adding bogus non approved warranties up to $5,000, price gouging their cars a minimum of $5,000 to over $10,000 OVER MSRP!!! What is said on phone will be guaranteed a lie when ypu arrive in person. Their tactics are trash, greed and xxxx. Seriously stay away from this unethical dealership! More

Getting a simple Oil change it’s like brain surgery. They will promise you the world when you buy the car but when you actually use the oil change service you are in trouble. First it will take weeks to get an appointment then it will take hours of waiting just to find out they will charge you any way because you you were not on their mileage schedule. The first time I went. It took weeks to get an appointment, 2 1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. When I left all my cruise controls were messed up. They had me come back to wait another hour to fix a control that they accidentally broke during the tire rotation. Additionally they forgot to put my hub cap on and would not replace it when I told them. . Sadly I was forgiving and tried again but this time they charged me for the service because I was over the mileage allowance that was due to lack of returned calls and no availability. RUN AWAY! More
Selling my Hyundai and NEVER buying another thanks to this service department. They are the worst mechanics I have ever encountered. I am currently on oil pan RECALL issue #5 with them. 5 times to rep this service department. They are the worst mechanics I have ever encountered. I am currently on oil pan RECALL issue #5 with them. 5 times to replace an oil pan and each time they send me out the door with an oil leak. I had another engine issue that fell under warranty, they sent me out the door with a faulty starter that sounded like a lawn mower, they argued it with me and told me it was completely normal to sound like that. I took it to my mechanic who laughed. I will never buy another Hyundai, if they boast the warranty, maybe they should check in with this shop who is completely botching any attempt to use the "great" warranty! More
Horrible customer service. The service department, and it's Assistant Manager have repeatedly given me false information and changed their story. Ive been to this location 5 times looking for a bulb. The first time I was not expecting them to have the bulb I was looking for but after they ordered the bulb and I picked it up it was the wrong size?? This last time I went they were to busy talking with each other to bother with a customer. Not going back!!! More
