Had a great experience the first time getting my first vehicle from them so I went back again. Was greeted warmly by the Salesman Lason Mclean, he listened attentively as I explained what happened to my f vehicle from them so I went back again. Was greeted warmly by the Salesman Lason Mclean, he listened attentively as I explained what happened to my first Rogue and how much I enjoyed owning my 2021 Rogue and that I was looking for another Rogue. Lason showed me a 2026 and I was in love. Quick easy process getting my new baby and as before another great experience with everyone who helped with the process very friendly/positive worth going back again. 100% recommend. More

Sales staff really helpful friendly. Service depart another story. Brought truck in for routine oil change tire rotation. After getting home noticed same tire was in same position as be Service depart another story. Brought truck in for routine oil change tire rotation. After getting home noticed same tire was in same position as before the service. I know this because the left front tire was plugged a few days before and plugged tire was still on the left front. Called to service department and basically made out I was lying about it because the technician and dispatcher said it was done. Guess it’s a magical truck and tires can rotate positions on the way home. Said I could spend the time and gas to bring it back up there. Buyer beware when using their service department. If they will lie about something as simple as a tire rotation what else will they lie about. More

Had 8:30 AM service apt. for broken cruise control button and camera popped out on rear bumper. Waited nearly 3 hours only to be told a new steering wheel must be ordered (un for broken cruise control button and camera popped out on rear bumper. Waited nearly 3 hours only to be told a new steering wheel must be ordered (under warranty) as well as new bracket for camera bumper. It should not have taken that long and after 2 hrs I had to ask for update. Hope my next visit is better or I will change dealerships. More
