Brittaney made it easy! I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and other minor services on a Saturday. Although I had an appointment, the service department was very busy I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and other minor services on a Saturday. I had scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and latter added another problem regarding an engine belt. Brittaney managed to get all these items addressed and did not forget the car wash afterwards.
