Taking care of the customer I came in on a Saturday for an oil change with no scheduled appointment. The shops schedule was full with no available openings but Brittaney picked I came in on a Saturday for an oil change with no scheduled appointment. The shops schedule was full with no available openings but Brittaney picked up on my urgency and need to get it changed and went out of her way to get my Ram into the shop in a timely manner. It is little things like excellent customer service that keep my business. Buying a vehicle from a dealership is one thing. Of course a dealership will make you feel like a million dollars when you are buying. But, can they make you feel like a million dollars after something as simple as an oil change?
