Awesome experience Because of my work schedule, I was not able to make it to Crown until later in the evening. Craig Gowitzka was waiting for me when I got there. He answered all my questions and got me the best deal of a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I strongly recommend Crown and Craig! He went out of his way to make this an easy process. Getting back on the road home I was traveling from North Carolina to Ohio for a wedding when my check engine light came on in my 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser (69,000 miles). I drove 25 I was traveling from North Carolina to Ohio for a wedding when my check engine light came on in my 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser (69,000 miles). I drove 250 miles with the check engine light on without any issues and then the car went into "limp" mode not allowing me to exceed 2300 rpms. I brought the car into Crown the first thing Monday morning and Dustin Litteral and the service technician worked me into the schedule to get me back on the road home. The service technician diagnosed a faulty camshaft position sensor and replaced it. Many thanks to all those involved to get me on my way. Kurt R. More

Mark Nelson is top-notch! Mark quickly handled my check-in and kept me informed as to the reports from his service technician. Service Dept. - Change of attitude I have had good and bad experiences at the service dept.-mostly bad-the Manager of Crown has helped twice before. However, recently there is hope-Ty Ramsey really cares about your customers and has made a great effort to help with my car which seems to always have (not so common) problems.
