Mark was so good about checking Mark Nelson quickly reserved an appointment for me on Fri. Nov. 13. I needed the usual oil change and tire rotation. Mark was so good about checking my warranty and recommended that it was time for the transfer case oil to be changed. Those are the little things that make a huge difference with a 4 wheel drive Wrangler. Mark had my car serviced in no time flat. I trust Mark's judgement when it comes to servicing my car. More

Completely satisfied with this Dealer Lew Ash was completely wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and understanding of all concerns . We were, however, disappointed with the factory itself in that they accepted and responded to a change we requested on our Jeep order. When the vehicle we ordered arrived, the requested changes were not made on the vehicle despite the factory confirming they would apply them. Lew took action and worked with his manager Neal to make things right for us and we couldn't be happier with him and the dealership. Excellent job of their part and we will recommend them to our friends. Way to go Crown! Thanks for making things right! More
