Again and again.....good! I've purchased 2 Jeeps now via this dealership. The first time, I was desperate to get out of my Grand Cherokee and into a Wrangler. I was able to get a 2014 JKU with the least hassle I've ever had at a dealership. I went by myself, and was treated with respect and dignity. My husband couldn't believe I walked out with such a great deal and was of all things - HAPPY! Was this for real, or just luck? Fast forward a year and they sent me a "upgrade your Jeep" notice in the mail. I was able to trade in my 2014 JKU for a 2015 JK Rubicon with no hassle, no bullcrap. My husband came this time to make sure the experience would be "good". Of course it was! Jeff and Dan (Bray) found the Jeep of my dreams as if it was "made just for me". They know we are real Jeep people, and cater to that fact better than any dealer I know! Go no place else! More

Can't say enough good things about Glenn at Crown Fiat I had a 2012 Fiat 500C [which I loved!] and went into the service department for an oil change prior to a road trip. I was floored when they told me I had a 2012 Fiat 500C [which I loved!] and went into the service department for an oil change prior to a road trip. I was floored when they told me that I didn't need one, but that they would check over the vehicle to make sure it was in good order, all w/o charge. I thought "wow"; once again I like Crown Fiat! While I waited I wandered out to the showroom and saw Glenn Stepter, whom I'd met previously when he was the service department manager. He remembered me, greeted me and we struck up a conversation about the 500L. I wasn't looking to get a new vehicle but I liked what I was learning about the L. Glenn mentioned the great deals they [presently] had going and I heard enough to ask if they had a particular color combo. He and [sales manager] Steve located what I wanted. I scheduled a test drive and liked it, but I loved my 500C. I went back again and test drove it a second time and liked it more, but I didn't feel that I was ready to give up the 500C. I told Glenn I liked it a lot, but was still not certain. Applying absolutely no pressure, he just said, "ok, let me know.". Then, the more I thought about it, the more I thought it was a good time to make a switch. So I went back a third time, Glenn arranged for a longer test drive and that cinched it. I wanted to get the 500L. I hauled my husband back (in for the first time) and we [eventually] worked out the terms. Glenn stayed on it and made sure it came together, all without the least bit of pressure. If you love your current car, especially if you are lucky enough to already have/love your Fiat, I urge caution! You may just go in for an oil change and find yourself in another Fiat! I didn't buy my first Fiat from them, but they hooked me on their great Fiat service department, and that is why I bought my second one from Glenn! Thanks, Glenn and thanks Crown! More

Charles (Scott as he goes by) was very personable and friendly. We looked at several vehicles and ended up purchasing a Chrysler Town and Country van. Scott and all the other personnel we dealt with were a pleasure to interact with. Our previous auto dealership was not like that and this a pleasant surprise. I had personally made a decision not to deal with Dodge again however my wife got me to Crown and I'm glad she did. More
