Crown had the right model with the all the upgrades that I wanted on the lot. Lew Ash was great to work with and very knowledgeable about the Cherokee I'd selected. He had it ready to go for a test drive when we arrive, and even helped move my plates over after the deal was done. I'll also add that Lenny in finance made the typically unsettling finance process quick and fun. I would definitely recommend Crown and Lew and Lenny to anyone looking for a new Jeep. He did what it took to get me the best pricing available. Jeff was able to keep up with my rapid fire e-mails, that impressed me. My schedule did not allow for a delivery for a few days after the truck arrived, but that was not an issue.
