Good product, bad delivery I would not have gone to this dealership normally but my wife really wanted a Fiat. we met with the salesman who was very thorough and we liked the ca I would not have gone to this dealership normally but my wife really wanted a Fiat. we met with the salesman who was very thorough and we liked the car. Then we started to deal with the management over the price. Back and fourth we went with management and each time they came back with a better monthly payment but laughed at me when I asked about finance rate and total amount owed (like I should not care). I finally settled on a price and financing at 2.99. We signed the paperwork and drove 2 hours home. A week later, we receive a call that the bank they had made the deal with would not accept the deal. They advised they had to go to another bank with a higher interest rate. I smell bait and switch? How do you promise a deal with a bank that you "regularly work with" and not know this? What was the dealership going to do to make up for the mistake, nothing. My wife wanted to let it go and just asked for a Fiat cup (thought it was cute) and the finance manger agreed. New paperwork...no cup. Petty but if you make a promise we expect you to keep it, even if it's small. They could learn a lession or two on how to treat customers. I called and asked to speak with management, call was screened by another employee (Kim Hicky) who said a manager would call me within 24 hours. No call. Finance guy called and said he could take some money off the deal and the cup was on the way. Too little to late? More

Craig listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and was very good at keeping me up to date on when the vehicle was going to be available to test drive. He also took extra time to explain all the "bells and whistles" of my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. The manager, Neal L.was very nice to work with as well. He seemed genuine and better yet, very easy to work with. Finally, Terry in finance was very professional and helped us get a great interest rate I would highly recommend Crown Jeep and Craig G for your next Jeep purchase. More

Everett McSavaney goes ABOVE and BEYOND for customers! Everett went far above his duties to help on a Sunday afternoon. The service department was closed, but he figured our a way to help me re-attach my l Everett went far above his duties to help on a Sunday afternoon. The service department was closed, but he figured our a way to help me re-attach my lisence plate to my car. He didn't just give me the screws and bolts like he could have and send me on my way, but he took time out of his day to make sure that it was attached correctly and wouldn't come off again. He was also great with my kids! he gave them balloons and made them laugh. Usually going to a dealership can be a hassel, but Everett made it a great experience. More

Helpful, not pushy.. My minivan is on its way out. It's going to have to be replaced soon but I don't even know what I want to replace it with. Since I am more of an emp My minivan is on its way out. Since I am more of an empty-nester now than a soccer mom (but still need a spot for the grandbaby's infant seat) I am considering getting something that is not a mini-van but still has space in it. I was nicely surprised when the salesman, Dan, started asking me questions about what I like and don't like instead of launching into some sales pitch about the "latest and greatest" . Since I haven't had a car payment in decades and haven't got much of a down payment, price is a big concern. When we got to discussing what my comfortable(?) price range is he gave me several suggestions to consider. He even got me thinking about leasing a vehicle instead. Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable and I will definitely work with him when I get my next vehicle More
