After test driving, we told him we needed time to talk it over and decide if we wanted to buy it or not. We called later that day, after closing, and left a message stating we would like to come back and make an offer. We did just that and it was a really easy process. We made an offer, they counter-offered, and we counter-offered as well. The only complaint we had was that when it came time to sign for the deal, they came back a little higher (about $350-400) than we had told them we would pay. We ended up meeting them in the middle and paid $200 more than we wanted. More

We worked with a fantastic sales agent named Lew Ash who bent over backwards to help us out, Neal Linkhorn who went above and beyond to resolve a "minor issue" that arose during the entire purchase, and Terry Moore and Shawn Barnes who made sure that the financial portion of it was about as quick and painless as humanly possible. Once everything was completed I was able to work with Tyler "Ty" Ramsey in the service department to get the Diamond Coating setup and even got driven around by a very friendly and personable driver of their shuttle named Rick Ohlemacher. I traded in my 2008 335i convertible that I had serviced at Kelly BMW, and while I am sad to see that car go I am very happy to see that I will still get the top notch service experience that I am used to with this brand new Jeep. Hands down a 5 out of 5 star dealer for sure and they have certainly won me over as a customer for years to come. More

When I went to the dealership, the car was sitting in their lot and I took a test drive and then decided that it was the car for me. My salesperson, Nick, was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with my million and one questions. He made the car buying experience really easy and within a couple of hours I proudly drove out of the lot with my new car.
