Frank knows his fleet extremely well but most impressively, takes time to understand the client, their circumstances and how they look to use their intended car. He had great advice on practical implications for each vehicle against my family's needs and this did not always lead to spending more. His goal was to ensure we were satisfied first rather than just sell a car. We were so impressed with the service we ended up buying two cars and have been delighted with both since.
