Frank Eastman was a pleasure to work with, however, looking back at the paperwork I see now that I was charged for Diamond Finish($399) which I didn't ask for or was informed during the sales process t looking back at the paperwork I see now that I was charged for Diamond Finish($399) which I didn't ask for or was informed during the sales process that I would be charged for, theft avert(199) which I wasn't told was being added to the cost, road key($307) which I'm guessing is the vehicles 2nd key which was claimed to have a dead battery(I haven't verified that it works yet) and then a random line item of dent for $299(No explanation whatsoever). Yes it is ultimately my fault for not looking through the paperwork thoroughly, but when working with Frank I felt like I could trust him and whomever he would have me working with and not be nickel and dimed for close to $1000 additional dollars. I felt a lot better about this transaction prior to looking into the details. When I shook hands with the sales manager we agreed on the payment and price of the vehicle. The only other option that I approved past that point was the extended warranty. I hate to say it, but I feel like this place is just like the typical dealership you hear about not being 100% honest about what you are paying for. Jason is a very down to earth salesperson, and I like that about him. Most of the time a salesman will do whatever they can to get you out the door with a car, and all they care about is making the commi that about him. Jason on the other hand was doing whatever he could to make sure that I walked out the door with a reliable car within my price range. Jason bent head over heels to try to get me into a new car, and even though he was unable to, due to my credit score, I would highly reccommend him to anyone. He is very personable and genuinely cares about his customers and not just making his wallet fatter. Thanks Jason! More

I must admit, without exagerration, that this was the best car buying experience I've ever had at a dealership. Doug was amiable, knowledgeable, and listened to what we wanted. I went to the dealership to look at the new Dodge Dart. I saw one immediately. I was a little surprised we weren't greeted by a sales person until we actually went inside. We test drove the car and I decided to actually buy it. I was first very happy with my trade in amount. This helped with my decision. We decided on a lease and met with others and agreed on an amount. This went pretty smoothly and everyone was nice and helpful. Finance took a while to meet with us but I know that is common. We met with finance and he was also nice and helpful. It was close to closing time and a holiday was the next day and everyone was ready to go home. I felt a little lost with my new car as I left but the book was very simple and easy to follow and it took no time to learn. I did have to meet with the dealership 3 times to correct paperwork and call about my plates and payment. However, overall I really liked the dealership and everyone I met with was very kind and made me feel important. They always attempted to not inconvenience me and did whatever necessary to make me happy. They also always offer to clean my car. This is a great dealership and I've recommended them to others. I would definitely buy from here again! More
I build a Fiat, POP 500c ,Rame-color, tan top, 5-spd, brown interior online the night before my visit to Crown Fiat. My husband called and asked TIm what the cross street was to find the dealership (we had never been to the dealership), Tim was very helpful and gave us the cross street and we arrived within 5 minutes. Tim was busy assisting other customers when we arrived and Jay told us he could help us...we saw a Fiat Rame 500 without the soft top. I told Jay I build a Fiat, POP 500c, Rame with 5 spd transmission. He said we may have one inside...we walked up to the car I build the night before. Hook, line, and sinker...it was a test drive with Tim and we purchased the car...trading in a freshly serviced VW bug. I have had 3 VW bugs and I was unhappy with the new body style and began looking for another style of car...the Fiat is fun, has great fuel mileage, easy to park, and has all the bells and whistles...I love talking hands-free to my husband safely while I am driving. The safety features include seven airbags and back-up buzzer in case someone or something is behind me while I am backing up. Great feature! Tim as great, Jay was very helpful, Jody was amazing closing the deal in a few hours, Nick had everything packaged up neatly, and Tim completed the sale with final instructions on all the fabulous features of the new FIAT 500c, Rame with tan top, and 5 spd transmission. I am looking forward to the free car washes, 10 oil changes, 5 tire rotations, free roadside assistance, and putting the next 100K miles on the car I built...Thank-you for such a great experience! We found Crown Fiat on line and were pleased they were so close to us and focused on Fiat exclusively. We went last minute to checkout the 500L for a test drive and although we arrived a half hour before c close to us and focused on Fiat exclusively. Tim was extremely helpful and put everything in quick order to make sure we could have a 500L lounge ASAP. If your thinking about getting a Fiat go to Crown Dublin, they're the people who will make the extra effort and make sure you leave with a great car. More
