We recently made our second purchase from Austin Walden at Crown Chrysler Dublin. We stopped at this dealership a couple of years ago just to look, with no intention to buy. He took us on a test drive, spent time showing us all the cool features, and put the numbers together to make it happen. Ty and Dustin in the service department have also been excellant to work with and whenever I'm there for service, Austin always stops by the waiting room to say hello and see how things are going. A couple of months ago my husband decided that he wanted a new truck. He has always been a diehard Chevy man, but wanted to check out other options. We visted Austin and again he took us on a test drive and spent time showing us everything the Ram 1500 had to offer. After checking out several other truck brands, we returned to Crown to purchase the Ram 1500. I never thought it would happen, but Austin was able to convert my husband from Chevy to Ram.
