I worked with Steven Turner to have a tow hitch installed on the new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee I purchased from Crown. Due to a connection issue at Chrysler HQ, my car had to remain at the dealer overnight. I on the new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee I purchased from Crown. Due to a connection issue at Chrysler HQ, my car had to remain at the dealer overnight. I really needed a car the next day and Steve Turner came through with one in short order. The issue was promptly resolved the next morning at which point I picked up my car the next afternoon. Crowne does a great job. More

Josh Ward is such a great guy and service manager. He has done SO MUCH to help me. He’s had LONG telephone calls trying to get my warranty company to cover issues I was having. 3 days later, I had another is done SO MUCH to help me.
