Inquired online about a used vehicle offered by Crown Kia and was contacted by Everett Mcsavaney (Crown Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-RAM-Fiat) who did a great job taking care of my needs and answering my questions. E and was contacted by Everett Mcsavaney (Crown Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-RAM-Fiat) who did a great job taking care of my needs and answering my questions. Everett went above and beyond in going between buildings to get some of my financial questions answered and presenting offers to the Kia building from the Dodge building. Was very happy to work with Everett but would suggest a salesperson from Kia should sell from the Kia building. Again, Everett did a wonderful job but it was a bit time consuming for him to run between buildings. But, my wife and I where able to use this time to talk about the vehicle and be sure this is what we wanted to do. Everett McSavaney offered great customer service, did a wonderful job of having the car ready for my test drive, and did some additional clean-up of the vehicle I had noticed during my inspection. When it came to financing I worked with Joe Milfe (Crown Kia) who was very patient in answering questions about additional warranty, financing, or paying cash for the vehicle. To include letting me changing my mind. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT PRICE, and GREAT CAR I bought the car with no remorse. Feels good!!! More
