Shady Business Practices My husband and I drove from Dayton, OH (about an hour) to purchase a 2020 Jeep Compass Trailhawk, based on email and phone conversations with David He My husband and I drove from Dayton, OH (about an hour) to purchase a 2020 Jeep Compass Trailhawk, based on email and phone conversations with David Hernandez. He had sent me a price offer (in writing) via email and assured me over the phone that indeed that price was correct. We wanted to be sure of the price and options before we made the hour long trip to the dealership. When we arrived, David once again assured us of the price, etc. However, he shortly came back, very apologetic, but explained that we'd have to pay $1800 more than we agreed up (THREE separate times). He took responsibility for the mistake, which is nice, but refused to give us the price he had promised. VERY shady business practices to say the least. Would NOT recommend this dealership. In the end, we got the same vehicle for the price he had quoted us at another dealership. More
