Great experience! I had some routine maintenance, as well as a safety recall on an airbag and a check engine light concern. All of these issues were addressed in a timely manner. Even when the recall took a little longer than expected, Josh gave me a rental car to accommodate the extended service stay. I know I can take my Wrangler anywhere for service, realistically at a cheaper price point. But I always have piece of mind when I go to the dealership. These folks know Jeeps well and never settle for less than quality service and customer satisfaction, safety and value. This was my first time meeting Josh and I look forward to working with him in the future. Thank you! More

Shady and pushy business practices in F&I Devon Jordan was my salesperson and I thought he was great. I also talked with one of the sales managers who were really nice too. Answered my questions and no high-pressure sales tactics ... UNTIL we got into the finance office. Terry Moore was a nightmare to deal with. First, I had submitted all the information needed over the course of a week and basically had a done deal before I showed up at the dealership. I drove from an hour away, test drove the vehicle with Devon, had numbers signed and agreed upon in about an hour. Great. Then it's sit and wait, for about 90 minutes !! while F&I "ran paperwork". I stated several times that I had to leave at a certain time to get back home for a school function with my child. I know that these things take time, but when I'm sitting right outside Terry's office and he's on a personal phone call with sounded like landscapers or some type of home repair while I'm sitting and waiting .... no. Not good. I expected my payment to be one thing, which it was about $20 higher than what I was told. Below is a copy of an email I sent to Devon in the days following our purchase: Hey! Sooooo, I don't know what we need to do, resign paperwork or cancel policies. But I feel like finance was very shady about the charges and insurance he sold me. Said "how about this, this, this for an additional $4. and we said yes" he failed to mention, it would be what? $4 a month? the charges are Tire $713 Theft Avert $99 Key replacement $399 that's $1,211 that was added !!! Definitely doesn't cover his an "additional $4". I was on a budget, which you knew, and ended up being in a hurry by the time we got to finance. I don't want ANY of those insurances. He also said he removed a bank fee to "offset" the cost. He said the bank fee was $295 !! How does an additional $1211 offset $295?!?!? How much did that add to my payment ?!?! Devon said he would follow-up, no response since then. I emailed Terry twice now and he's responded once with a one sentence email saying I have to come back to the dealership to fill out cancellation forms. I had asked if they could be emailed to me, no response. I got an automatic email wanting me to rate the dealership, and when I clicked on one-star, it sent an email to the management team (supposedly) where I had included all the information left in this review. No response. I like my car, I like Devon, but I would not return to this dealership due to the practices of the F&I department and the lack of followup once the sale has been made. More
