Service is rude and take forever !!! The service department at this dealership is incompitant. The first visit this year had my windshield changed for warranty reasons said it would take The service department at this dealership is incompitant. The first visit this year had my windshield changed for warranty reasons said it would take 1 1/2 hours to do took 3 1/2 hours. No sorry or anything. A few weeks later had to put it in another dealership because they had broken something in my mirror. Took my fiat 500x back there for reasons unknown from the first experience had the oil changed and a warranty problem once again they want to keep my car. They say they don't have loner cars which I don't believe what kind of dealership this size doesn't have loner cars.... well waited 3 1/2 hours again gave me my car back and didnt even figure out what was wrong with it... then someone from the dealership calls me rude as can be about my review well hope all read this and don't have service or shop here!!! HAVE A NICE DAY!!!! More
