I recently stopped in to ask Just wanted to take the time to let the dealership know about my recent experience with my salesperson Everett McSavaney. I recently stopped in to ask him several questions about my Jeep. He walked over, shook my hand and called me by name. He took time off the sales floor to make sure all my questions were answered. He also gave me his phone number and told me to call him with any questions or problems I might have with the Jeep. He thanked again for purchase and walked me to my Jeep. I can't thank Everrett or jeep Crown Chrysler enough for their outstanding service. More

Awesome experience! I first visited the dealership just to gain some knowledge on their leasing programs and to check out the inventory. The sales man that I worked with I first visited the dealership just to gain some knowledge on their leasing programs and to check out the inventory. The sales man that I worked with did not make me feel pressured and was very patient and helpful. My second visit was about 2 months later, this time I wanted to leave with a new Jeep. The process was made very easy and stress free. After I chose the vehicle that I wanted it took almost no time to complete paperwork and finish things up. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. More

Overall Great Experience At Crown of Dublin I recently bought a used car at Crown of Dublin. Crown was not the only dealership I visited. But, it was the only one which I felt I was not being pressured to buy. From the moment I arrived to look at vehicles to the time I drove off the lot with my new purchase, the salesman made this a very good experience. It was very clear Jeff Ashbrook was not just interested in making a sale. He asked questions regarding what I was looking for and showed me several vehicles which matched my answers.
