My car was picked up on Friday afternoon and she told me it would be checked on Saturday morning and I would receive a call from her as soon as they fixed the problem. Excellent customer service!!! Daimara Morrill goes above and beyond to provide the best experience for the customer. When I came in for my recent check up she remembered me and my Daimara Morrill goes above and beyond to provide the best experience for the customer. When I came in for my recent check up she remembered me and my car from the previous visit. When the wrong part was ordered for my car she corrected the problem immediately. The team at this service department is awesome! I’d also like to mention Brooks Falzone who stepped in to help facilitate and get me in and out in a timely matter. The service department works together as a team and that’s awesome to see as a customer! Best experience! More

Going the extra nile I had to have my car towed in and when I got back home I had to get a jump start on my second car. My car was repaired in one day and I left my second car there for some work when I picked up the first car. Randy Stiles was very efficient and kind and even came in during the morning of his day off to make sure of the shuttle arrangements for picking me up for the second car. More
