Service is terrific I have bought 4 Honda cars in the past 7 years here and had them all serviced here for over 11 years. Michelle Dessert is considered management, but she is a hands-on/deal with the customer person. I have always gotten excellent service, Work is done right the 1st time and honest evaluations when my car needed maintenance or repair. I will continue to be a dedicated customer. From nightmare to customer for life. I bought my car used at a different Honda dealership. I had it just over 4 weeks when it broke down. I called 2 different tow truck companies and th I bought my car used at a different Honda dealership. I had it just over 4 weeks when it broke down. I called 2 different tow truck companies and they both said close to two hours before they would get there. I was going to have it towed to a local mechanic. Then I called crown Crown Honda. They connected me to Honda roadside assistance. My car is not eligible nor did i purchase roadside assistance but they got me a tow truck, for a little less than what I was going to pay the other tow companies I called previously, and this tow truck was only 30 min away. Once my car was at Crown Honda Skip Kolbe took over. He asked me a few questions about the issue and said he'd get someone right on it. This was at 4:50 pm and I didn't expect anything to be done till the next day but now I know they are open till 7pm. About 10 minutes later he said I have a cracked block and need a new engine but it is a known issue and Honda is covering everything, including a rental. They even gave me a ride to Enterprise rental because they said it might take awhile before enterprise could come pick me up. My car was done in 3 days. If I would have taken it to a local mechanic they probably would have charged me for the entire engine and I would have paid for the rental and no way it would have been done in 3 days. Skip called me with updates frequently and explained every step and what to expect from the moment I walked in the door. I come from 3 generations of Ford men but I'm a Honda guy now and sticking with Crown Honda. They went above and beyond all my expectations. I bought a used 2008 civic, from a different Honda dealer, with 114k miles that broke down in 4 weeks and after I paid them to do several things they said the car needed before I bought it. I had no warranty. Now I have a new updated version engine that will outlast the rest of the car. Honda paid more to replace my engine than I paid for the car. You might not get as lucky as I did with everything being covered but you won't know if you don't take it to a dealer and you won't get exceptional service like I did at other dealerships. More

Superb service Once again I dealt with Daimara Morrill and as usual she is extremely efficient and made sure that our requests were attended to. She came back with some areas that needed attending and after going over these areas, we agreed to do the work. She even notified the service mgr about our time frame to make sure the work could be accomplished in time. We have been working with Daimara for 3 years and I would highly recommend her to anyone. He's honest, professional and stays in contact with me via text, which I prefer and appreciate. He's the best advisor I've ever worked with and I work at a car dealership so I've seen many advisor styles. About the dealership: I do like the waiting room layout and options. There are high tables and chairs, low tables and chairs. A tv in one room and a more quiet option in the computer room. There's a kids area, which I would have loved a few years ago when my boys were littler. Still on the fence about needing to "sign in" upon arrival for service but other than that, so far so good. More
