Valet service appointment I had our 2014 Accord service done by Crown with my advisor, Daimare Morrill for the last six years. She has consistently provided excellent service each and every time so I had full confidence. Because of our age and the current state we find ourselves in I requested valet service, a new experience. I can say that Crown does things right! Over my many years I have never had this good of service from any dealer. The process started with a phone call on the date of service from Ms Morrrill and the arrival of Dante Caviness to drive our car to the dealership, a very nice young man. Then there was a follow up call to advise the eta for the return by Ms Morrill. That was followed by a call from Ms Morrill that the service was complete and details of the cost which was much below expectations. Mr Caviness returned our Accord shortly there after. I asked him to note 11/2020 for us to discuss the purchase of a new touring model. A very good day! More

Crown Honda is the Best I was having trouble hooking up my iPhone to Bluetooth and nobody was able to figure it out until I mentioned it to James. Outstanding Customer Service Experience! Gary Phillips our Service Advisor was outstanding from checking in our car for service to cashing us out at the end of the day. In addition to the required maintenance originally scheduled, he recommended service based on time and/or mileage after the service tech had an opportunity to inspect the vehicle. He explained our options with no pressure tactics. He kept us informed of the progress throughout the day. Upon completion, he went over the inspection and invoice and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Being that we are new to the area and this was our first time at Crown Honda, he was able to provide a discount for labor. We will definitely be back to Crown Honda for continued service and hope to keep Gary as our Service Advisor. Thanks. More

Took car in for routine service and check of A/C I have dealt with this dealership for many years and have only good experiences with both the sales staff and the service advisors. During m,y last v I have dealt with this dealership for many years and have only good experiences with both the sales staff and the service advisors. During m,y last visit I dealt with Michelle Dessert to have my car serviced and the A/C checked. When it was determined that a hose was leaking in the A/C and the cost to repair was $795 she was able to get it warranted by Honda. I really appreciated her efforts to provide the excellent service I have always had at this dealership. More

Gary changed my experience from “terrible” to excellent. Before dealing with Gary I had already decided writing a review about how terrible my drop off / check in experience had been. Gary introduced himself and explained he was a little backed up but still made sure I was attended to. I explained I only needed to do drop off and just wanted to make sure I could leave, he said, “sure thing,” took two minutes to make sure everything was in order and I was on my way. When he called me, he explained what my car needed and how it could benefit my car; never felt like he was pushing any extra service whatsoever. He called back and left a voicemail saying to please call him back. When I did he said “I just want to let you know your car is ready for pickup. I don’t like to leave that in a voicemail because it could get lost.” AMAZING!!! More
