Pre-sale communication was excellent so that all I had to do when I arrived was sign the paperwork. They treated more than fairly on our trade in. Other employees we encountered we friendly and helpful as well. They took care of all our needs from coffee to the final vehicle inspection. The showroom and vehicle inspection area we very nice to utilize on a cold day in February. I have already received follow-up communication from Ross about my return trip and my families satisfaction with the vehicle.
