They fixed the problem and then sum I went to Crown motor’s jeep in Holland to look at a jeep grand Cherokee I found online. When I got there the manager told me that the price was wrong I went to Crown motor’s jeep in Holland to look at a jeep grand Cherokee I found online. When I got there the manager told me that the price was wrong it was their mistake. I was very disappointed but they took extra steps to remedy the problem. In the end I purchased the vehicle not at the price it Was erroneously listed at but it was a great deal. I was very pleased with my service and my salesman Jerry was absolutely fantastic More

Unsatisfied After five days of having my brand new 2019 Honda HR-V, I noticed my safety features were not working. I called the dealership and they brushed it off After five days of having my brand new 2019 Honda HR-V, I noticed my safety features were not working. I called the dealership and they brushed it off and insisted that the safety features (lane assist, collision/break control, and cruise control) were acting up because of the extreme cold weather. Then after two days later, after another car nearly collided with me, I realized that my horn did not work; I tried to press it and silence. Additionally, my steering wheel features (e.g. radio controls) did not work either. After countless times of trying to schedule an appointment to fix my horn, they finally did, but nearly four weeks later. Apparently, I had a defective clock spring and it was due to how the part was installed. It did take a week for the replacement clock spring to arrive, but all the dealership did to compensate me was me a free oil change. In the past, I have never had any issues with Crown Motors…until now. All the representatives always forget to call me by my preferred name and it’d be ok, but I have visited the dealership five times in the past two months. Also, I did not like that they pushed an extended warranty on me and it was quite an inconvenience to cancel it. They were very adamant that I keep it, but I was convinced otherwise. All in all, I would not recommend going to Crown Motors, if you have a choice. More

Buying a car made easy. Very disappointed We have used Crown for most all of our auto purchases. Recently while getting an oil change there they ran my wife's Odyssey thru the car wash only t We have used Crown for most all of our auto purchases. Recently while getting an oil change there they ran my wife's Odyssey thru the car wash only to have it collapse on the passenger side totaling the van (which was almost paid off). We assumed that they would work with us on another Odyssey while we waited for the insurance check, our friends and family who also buy from Crown were also anxiously awaiting as we all assumed they would do the right thing. Not so, we went in to look at used Odyssey's and it was pretty clear that we weren't a priority, the young manager that day was a decent guy but didn't have the information or resources to properly deal with the situation. We gave them 2 more chances to do the right thing, they were worried about taking a small loss instead of retaining the 15-16 cars our family and friends purchase from them every year. Everything was a battle with them and you only get so many chances to do what is right. The only person who we felt cared about use instead of the bottom line was Matt from the service department, unfortunately that didn't translate. We won't be back, we went to Serra in Grandville and the culture there was amazing, no battles, nothing hidden, treated how we expected to be treated. More
