Rod Arendson was very professional as always and very accommodating. It took little time to close the deal with the business manager. Rod spent a lot of time explaining the new options that were different from our 2009 Accord and followed up with a phone call the next day asking if we had any additional questions. Our time spent at the showroom was minimal, mainly because of Rod's efficiency. Will buy our next Honda from Rod and Crown. More

There was no question that Jon couldn't answer. He was friendly and yet professional and my parents (who came along to see the car) were really impressed by him. Crown Motors itself is by far the most beautiful dealership I have ever been in. When it came time for a test drive, we never even had to go out in the cold to get into the car. It was all warmed up for us in the garage. Another thing I really liked about Jonathan was that he did not pressure me in any way. More
