Service coordinators are pleasant, prompt, and attentive. Service is usually performed in the time quoted. Service manager has been there for a long time. Stability in that role means a lot. You get the general feeling that they will make things right by you. The work performed has always been quality. However, you should note, I have never had a major engine / powertrain overhaul. Typical work has been brakes & rotors, timing belt & warer pump, spark plugs, alignment, new tires, serpentine belt, battery, oil change, etc. I have also been able to schedule an appointment to fix "door dings" through the service department. This has been handled through a sub contractor to the used car team. Quality work. Overall, I would feel comfortable recommending. More
