My purchase was a little more complex because it was a special car order. I appreciate that I was never pressured. I asked about different options and accessories and was given detailed explanations that helped me in my decision making for my purchase. When the day came for me to pick up my car, Mickey gave me a meticulous and thorough instructions on all the workings of my car. It was a lot of information for someone like myself who never had safety features, keyless entry, Subaru Starlink, power/automatic controls and so many other things to cover. I was pleased Mickey understood that it can be a lot of information and overwhelming at first. And he kindly recommended I come back in a week or so for a review. Mickey stressed that he is always here for me if I need any assistance with my car. And he has been. I also had a flat tire from a nail. I called Mickey and he reminded how to contact Subaru Roadside Service. Then the dealership service department very graciously fixed my tire. I am 100% satisfied with the service I have received at Crown Subaru, Chattanooga and look forward to using the service department for all my maintenance needs. I will surely be referring friends and clients looking to buy a new car! More
