We recently had the pleasure of working with Shana at Crown Subaru, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Even though she’s only been with the team for a week, Shana’s knowledge of the vehicle Crown Subaru, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. She guided us through every part of the process so smoothly, making sure we understood each detail of the car during the test drive and again in the parking lot. Shana took the time to answer all of our questions patiently, and she made us feel like we were her top priority without ever being pushy. What really stood out was her attention to our future experience as Subaru owners. She introduced us to the service team for when we bring our car in for maintenance and even mentioned that she’d make a point to greet us when we’re there. That level of commitment and care is truly rare. She followed up with a personal touch, texting us a photo she’d taken of us with our new car and letting us know she’s just a message away if we need anything. Shana made the entire experience comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable.
