We were browsing the lot with no real intention of buying a new car; however, after taking to Dwayne and researching the Forester, we returned the following Monday to purchase our first Subaru! At other a new car; however, after taking to Dwayne and researching the Forester, we returned the following Monday to purchase our first Subaru! At other dealerships, my husband and I sometimes use fake names because of harassing follow up calls and texts. :) Unlike those other dealerships, however, there was no pressure and no rush to make a decision. Instead, Dwayne explained the advantages of Subaru and walked us through the buying process. When the paperwork was finished, he then sat alongside my husband and me to explain all the car's "bells and whistles." Truthfully, the car's technology is smarter than us, but Dwayne was patient in his explanation and was encouraging and clear in his instruction! We are so happy with our new purchase, and we've had smiles on our faces all week as we join the happiest of car cults!
