After a truly horrific experience with one of our local dealerships (the kind that makes you consider hitchhiking as a lifestyle), we drove 2.5 hours to Crown Subaru and it was the best decision we could’v dealerships (the kind that makes you consider hitchhiking as a lifestyle), we drove 2.5 hours to Crown Subaru and it was the best decision we could’ve made! When we arrived, he walked us through the car, went over all the features, and made the whole process as smooth as butter. Big shout-out to Justin S., the new car manager, who was the kind of A++ human that restores your faith in the process, and to Jennifer M. in finance, who made that final stretch painless (and almost enjoyable, which is saying something about signing car paperwork).
