I took my car in to do three things: get my recalls done, change my tires and replace my tire sensor. This was too much to do for this service center. I dropped my car off early in the morning before I went change my tires and replace my tire sensor. This was too much to do for this service center. I dropped my car off early in the morning before I went in to work at my scheduled time and had a family member drop me off at work. When I dropped my car off I requested for them when they had the tires off if they could replace the pressure sensor from the tire I had to replace earlier from an accident. They said no problem... At the end of the day that family member dropped me off at the dealership and I waited for them to let me know that my car was done. That was not the case. The service department gentleman told me they forgot all about my car and that I would have to come back in the next day to pick up my car; they didn't do the recalls nor the tires. Saturday comes around and it was getting close to their closing time and had to call them in order to find out that my car had already been done for a couple of hours. When I went to pick up my car I noticed that the tire pressure sensor light was on. I went back to talk to the second service department gentleman (the first one wasn't working this day) and he said he could do nothing for me and I had to come back in for a third day to talk to the first service department gentleman. On the third day the first service department gentleman was apologetic but told me I had to come in on a fourth day to get that taken care of..... I said I was extremely unhappy at this turn of events and had no choice but to come back in on the fourth day to get my car taken care of. There was an awesome free car wash that was included as a compensation for my troubles....(*Sarcasm*). I am extremely unhappy with the lack of service provided. More

Service experience here is less than mediocre. I’ve been coming here for almost two years and I’ve never experienced good customer service. They never have any parts in stock and they aren’t up-fr I’ve been coming here for almost two years and I’ve never experienced good customer service. They never have any parts in stock and they aren’t up-front about it until you the okay for work to be done. I brought my car in to have a tire patched and they were unable to patch it resulting in needing a new tire. No issue since I bought the tires here last year and they were still under warranty. They informed me all tires needed to be replaced due to the damage to the one tire and I’m responsible for paying for the other three tires plus mounting and an alignment. The tires were bought last year and have a lot of life left on them. I spoke with someone on the phone and I was told I would have been better off to have a nail in every tire because then the warranty would have covered them all. Long story short, I ended up paying almost $900 for new tires that were under warranty and barley a year old. Their lack of inventory on standard tires also delayed my holiday traveling by two days. This is the only Subaru dealership in Chattanooga but I will be traveling elsewhere from here on - I recommend others do the same. More
The dealership had a very easy to use online setup that allowed me to try to find the car I was looking for! Unfortunately we were not able to purchase the car we ordered due to time constraints on our end allowed me to try to find the car I was looking for! We will definitely return to working with her in the future if we have the opportunity to purchase a vehicle! One of the best people we have dealt with from any dealership! More
