We have two Subaru's that we purchased at Crown Subaru. For the past 9 years we have always had the cars serviced and maintained at the dealership with their super helpful group of service advisors. Although never unhappy with any advisor, Matt White and Jonas Vanlandingham have been our the two we interface most often with and are are a cut above any service advisors we have ever had for any make of car, including our previous Mercedes Benz's. On a recent trip my 2017 Outback developed a rare and unusual failure and Jonas Vandlandingham not only helped expedite getting the car repaired to meet my schedule but assisted in having the repair covered by the dealership. Wow, what a great service department and dealership!! More
