*grabs popcorn* To be fair I will preface this with, Crown gave me the best deal on a custom ordered 2022 Crosstrek of any dealer I contacted within 500 miles of me. Now to the meat of this review: Crown gave me the best deal on a custom ordered 2022 Crosstrek of any dealer I contacted within 500 miles of me. Now to the meat of this review: I took my car in for AC not working. Dropped off the car as they opened, waited all day, finally reached out to them for a status (I have a dash cam which I later watched and could tell they "worked" on it at 1:20PM), they tell me it would not be covered under warranty and would be $1500 to fix. Talking to them once I got there, because I replaced my plastic front bumper with the steel BodyArmor Bumper, this somehow broke my AC condenser. Aside from the two being located physically near each other there is no correlation. So I got the breakdown from them $450 for the part (its only $350 online for the OEM part), and $1000 for labor. I talked to the Warranty Manager, she also could not explain to me how the bumper mattered, she said "since you cannot prove the bumper didn't affect the AC condenser". Fast Forward: I scheduled an appt at a different dealer over the weekend. Checked in as they opened, got a call 3 hours later, AC was fixed. Discussed with them when I got there, it was an O-ring, they replaced under warranty and said "the aftermarket bumper may have affected it but we cannot prove it did". So the attitudes of the two dealers is the opposite, one expects you to prove to them that the warranty should still be effective, while the other says they would have to prove to the customer why the warranty would be invalid. Incredible attitude difference. My BIGGEST issue though is, now I know for sure Crown never did a pressure test, they just saw the aftermarket bumper (a reason to deny warranty) and a path to making $1500. If they had done a pressure test and/or thrown some dye in, would have been easy to see the O-ring failure. My AC condenser was NOT even broken. So if I had caved to Crown I would be out $1500 and STILL not have AC. Crown has lost my business for the life of my Subaru ownership, which is real sad for me considering its 2 months old and Crown is 3 miles from me. But I am petty enough to drive elsewhere for the life of my ownership. Great place to buy a car, NEVER service here. More

We moved to the area a few months ago and needed to have our 2022 Outback serviced, (12k mile service). Looking at the dealerships in the area, based on the good ratings, we chose Crown Subaru in Chattanoo our 2022 Outback serviced, (12k mile service). Looking at the dealerships in the area, based on the good ratings, we chose Crown Subaru in Chattanooga, TN. I made the appointment over the phone, about a week out. We actually arrived a couple of hours early to drop the car off and take advantage of the river Hike and Bike trail that is close to the dealership. Our Service Adviser, Jonas Vanlandingham met us with a smile and was very professional. Our car was serviced right away and we were notified by phone that it was ready actually before the time of our original appointment time. We were able to leave the car there until we finished our bike ride and lunch. Overall an extremely great experience and thanks again Jonas for treating us like a good customer! More

I brought in my car to have the windshield replaced and the vision assist recalibrated. I met with Matt and he was very courteous and professional in handling my situation and his team did a very good job the vision assist recalibrated.
