I had the car in for its 90000 mile servicing. Lucas Marler checked me in. When I mentioned that we also had a problem with the passenger window not going down, he knew exactly how to fix it which Lucas Marler checked me in. Upon the initial phone conversation with Chris Dover we knew this would be a pleasant car-buying experience. Chris was very polite and upbeat and he never rushed us away, we definitely felt valued as a customer. My husband spoke to Justin Standridge over the phone and we were approved over the phone and he was very helpful and understanding and answered all of our questions. During the last step, signing the paperwork, is when we met Steve Gordon (who we had also spoken to over the phone) and he was great, too! He was very thorough. Also some nice touches to the dealership were the fireplace (it had snowed during the night) and the coffee/tea and snack area. Also, if there is a problem with delivering your services (in this case the computer being down) then the customer at Crown could answer this issue.
