Matt White called the day after our towed car was received at the Dealership. He called again after the mechanic had had a chance to look at it and had determined why it would not start. We received a text and a call the next day advising us that our car was ready for pickup. When we arrived at the Dealership Matt overheard another Service Rep giving us eronious information about what had be done to our car. He referred the Rep to the Service notes as a polite way of correcting him and making sure we received the correct information about what had been done to our car. We appreciate the work that Matt and the mechanics did to our car. In addition we like the south west geographic location of Crown. We do not have to get into the thick of traffic to reach Crown. This is a plus for us. More
