Set appt to test drive vehicle through the email system, called Kiara told her she said she didn't know if it would be ready for a test drive on date I chose, asked if it would be gone too.I was then told I could reserve car with a deposit to ensure no one else could look at before I did. Would have been beneficial to know that information in the beginning. The other issue was when working with the finance department, had received the preliminary billing statement, nothing was sent ahead of time to choose additional warranty coverage choices until I was purchasing the vehicle. I paid cash and did not finance, so had to use a credit card for the balance, so I would have wanted to know those two things up front at beginning. Again Kiara was good and made sure to show the options vehicle had on test drive day and again today when I picked up the vehicle. Thank you, Victoria More
