I took my 2012 Subaru Outback, purchased at this dealership, to the service department for an oil change and tire rotation. I had no appointment, as the last time I heard anything about that, no ap dealership, to the service department for an oil change and tire rotation. I had no appointment, as the last time I heard anything about that, no appointment was needed. Turns out now they do take appointments, and it's a really good idea to have one. I waited a few minutes before anyone approached me, and a few more before Lucas Marler was available to help and get my service started. That is not their fault. Not is the fact that I didn't get a car wash as part of the service, as usual, but did get a card for a free car wash. They are short-handed, probably because of COVID. The people with whom I dealt were great. Things have changed, not due to the change in ownership of the dealership, but because things are changing in every area of everyday life. More
