Showroom and the financial officer are usually a total pain, but Crown handled handing off the car better than any dealer experience I previously had. The wait time was long 3 hrs. I didn’t have an appointment, planned on express oil change but did a 30000 mile check up that was due. I was pleased with the service but the wait was long.
