On Friday, I discovered that I had a front left tire going very flat. I immediately called Ron Kwaitkowski, my trusted salesman, and he checked to ensure that the tire I needed was in stock. He also explained that with all wheel drive, I would likely need two front tires. This information prevented any "surprises" when I arrived at the dealership. Once I arrived, Lucas Marler, the very helpful service rep, advised me that Ron had initiated a service request on my behalf and that the tire I needed was ready for me, He also informed me that he would evaluate the other front tire to determine if I needed it replaced as well. Once I was comfortably situated in the customer lounge, I simply waited for Lucas to tell me if I needed one or two. When he came to inform me that indeed, I needed two tires, Lucas also provided me with the exact costs involved. My experience with both Ron Kwaitkowski and Lucas Marler was very comfortable and positive in every respect. More
Crown (formerly Kelly) Subaru is the best dealership I have ever dealt with, bar none. I live in the Birmingham metro where there are 2 Subaru dealers but I am willing to drive 150 miles RT to buy my ve have ever dealt with, bar none. The dealer is straightforward and the pricing and overall friendliness they show you is outstanding. My sales rep was Ron Kwiatkowski and he fulfilled each and every of my needs and expectations cheerfully and fully. All around A+++. More

Danny McVay and the sales manager listened to what I wanted and steered me to a car that fit my needs and especially they went far out o pressure. I took my 2020 Forester in for it’s 6,000 mile checkup. I was immediately greeted by Heather Booker who found out the reason for my visit and she directed me to the waiting area. I called Michael Dorsey with a very tall order: I wanted only a certain vehicle, I wanted specific convenience options, and I wanted it quickly negotiated before my wife and I drove 2 hours to pick it up. Michael listened patiently and prioritized my needs, clearly communicated what he needed from me, and took care of everything else. When we arrived that afternoon the car was exactly what I expected and the price was exactly what we had agreed - matching the best regional price I'd found. Michael took care of every detail, even prepping the finance manager so we didn't have to renegotiate anything. We were back on the road in our new vehicle in no time. Based on this experience I will always drive to Crown Subaru to work with Michael. It was the best experience I've had at a dealership. More
