Excellent customer service. I reached out electronically about a preowned vehicle online and James Green connected with me shortly after. I asked James to send me additional pics of vehicle when he had an o about a preowned vehicle online and James Green connected with me shortly after. I asked James to send me additional pics of vehicle when he had an opportunity and he responded same day. James answered all my questions about vehicle, I asked him to drive it and check it out for me, he did! He replied with his feedback. I let him know I was serious about this SUV and arranged to drive 1 hour 20 min to test drive and look it over. This was before vehicle had been serviced or cleaned. I trusted James and took his word it would clean up well. I placed down payment, and worked out a pickup date with James. Upon arrival, it didn’t even look like same vehicle, it was Fabulous: new tires gleaming, leather seats perfectly cleaned, door dings removed, small rip on driver seat, no worry just order a new leather seat cover and Shazam. The transaction was the easiest ever, tags and title will be mailed to my home. Love that! The sales manager David Jones was friendly and engaging on both trips.
