Jonas Vanlandingham was attentive, polite, knowledgeable when my wife and I brought her Subaru Outback to our 9:30 appointment at Crown. He said the Starlink update and maintenance check would take until 4 when my wife and I brought her Subaru Outback to our 9:30 appointment at Crown. Since we had an event to attend at 5:30, we asked if the car could be kept overnight. We arrived the following day and Jonas checked us out efficiently. His estimate was exactly what it cost. He also explained why the car could not be washed and gave us a car wash coupon. We are totally satisfied and very appreciative of his knowledge and courtesy. More
