Not only did Kelly give me the best deal around, a few mechanical issues were discovered after I had purchased the car. Kelly went out of their way to provide me with a loaner car twice and spent many man hours to insure my car was in a reliable running condition. Great Service and Friendly Techs My Outback overheated unexpectedly while I was in Chattanooga and I had to be towed in the middle of the night, leaving me slightly stressed to say th My Outback overheated unexpectedly while I was in Chattanooga and I had to be towed in the middle of the night, leaving me slightly stressed to say the least. The techs, especially Tenesa, were extremely accommodating and understanding of my rush to get back to Nashville. They thoroughly reviewed the problem, helped me understand it, and gave me options on how to fix the issue which isn't something I've been used to with car repairs lately. The courtesy car was really nice and they were extremely responsive when there was a small issue after the repair. I can't say enough nice things about my experience! More

Recall installation The service technician at Kelly Subaru installed the fuel pipe safety recall on my 2004 Mitsubitshi Endeavor. While this was installed, I was welcome to coffee and donuts in the lounge. Service was exceptional. This was installed on April 17, 2015. Today is May, 18, 2015 and my car still runs like new! More
