Let me start with I don’t like doing this. I have taken my vehicle to this dealership a few times. It seems the customer service in the Service Dept. gets worse each and every time. This time I have taken my vehicle to this dealership a few times. It seems the customer service in the Service Dept. gets worse each and every time. This time was no different. I brought my vehicle in for an overheating issue on 5/11/26. As of the review 6/3 I still don’t have my vehicle back and was told after “I” called numerous times that it would be maybe another week. These people do not call you with updates, I’ve had to hound them for information and then given almost no information in return. Just the run around. The info I was given initially was the parts should be under warranty but possibly on back order. That they would submit the parts and work to the warranty co. However 2 weeks later after I call for an update. I’m told they submitted the claim to the wrong warranty company. But now it’s a holiday weekend and I’ll have to wait until the following week before they can re submit the claim. Then my service advisor is out of office and apparently NO ONE has access to her work nor was it handed off while she was out. When I called again I was told me multiple times they would call me back with an update. NOPE. Another few days has gone by and no call. Now, my svc advisor has returned and tells me they’re still waiting on parts and basically hangs up on me. I’ve never been offered any kind of courtesy vehicle. I was actually told when I asked about it , that they don’t offer courtesy vehicles. But I was also told by a different advisor the Warranty company for my vehicle would cover a rental. This was never offered to me. When I called again today my service advisor asked for my number and said they would call back in 30 min. Hours later having not received a call back , I call again for an update. I’m put on hold, my advisor ask for my phone number again! I mention the rental car and she quickly said she’d check the warranty company and then basically hung up on me. I’m at the point now that I want to get rid of my vehicle just so I NEVER have to set foot in that service dept again. Their customer service is the absolute worst!! Despite this lengthy review, I still cannot express how disappointed, inconvenienced, frustrated and insulted I am. Not only am I getting rid of my vehicle but I will never purchase another vehicle from them nor will I suggest CCJDR to anyone EVER!! More
Took my car on Saturday…After setting up appt…no record when I arrived..Car wasn’t looked at until Thursday, per the “Service Rep”….No communication, I had to call daily and hear excuses of techs being bus when I arrived..Car wasn’t looked at until Thursday, per the “Service Rep”….No communication, I had to call daily and hear excuses of techs being busy and about some van that had been there for two weeks and they needed to focus on that…Then they shouldn’t have taken my appt! Car was finally ready late Friday…I asked to have an invoice sent to me because surprise surprise issue wasn’t covered…invoice never received as promised. Then I get charged 2% fee for using a CC…Even after paying over $600 for a battery! Industry wide scam…especially at the rates they charge for labor and that built in profit margin….PS car has 29k miles on it…End of the day the service department doesn’t care how long they have your car and has no concerns about staying in communication…and for these reasons is why I would not bring my car back there but also why I would not reward them by buying another vehicle from them…Should have stuck with Hyundai… More

Brought vehicle in for its second oil change/tire rotation and a minor recall repair. Check in was simple and returned about 3 hours later to pick up my vehicle. I was offered an Uber when dropping o rotation and a minor recall repair. Check in was simple and returned about 3 hours later to pick up my vehicle. These folks don't follow appointments etiquette. Was days, money on a rental.... and still nothing. Next jeep deal I called gave a better diagnosis and follows appointments. Shame on these folk for basically being the only jeep deal in the area and forcing people to like it or not. More
